I help Executive Leaders to become exceptional leaders in their field by fostering success and overall wellbeing in key areas of their life such as Career, Finance and Relationships.

Executive Leaders sometimes reach a plateau in their lives, be it professional, financial or relational. They feel they stagnate; they wish to move forward but do not know how. This can be disconcerting and frustrating. To overcome this, I use a holistic approach to support clients in developing a powerful vision of their life, define their objectives and create a rigorous strategy to reach them, in a caring and supportive environment. The three-dimensional success model I designed helps my clients to reach their own objectives and aim higher (Altitude), improve their self-awareness and better interreact with their environment (Attitude) and increase their ability to implement change in their life (Aptitude) to become exceptional and successful leaders in the main areas of their life.

I want people to believe in themselves, to know that they can have success in all area of their life if we work together. My multicultural background and experience help me tailor my interventions to the specifics of each person - I have a global knowledge of people and cultures by living and working in 4 continents - Africa, Europe, Central Asia and the United States.
MY SUCCESS STORY
As a doctor in sociology, I have always been interested in different countries, populations, persons and their ways of life. My 30 years of experience of living and working in a global world, gave me a great knowledge of Africa, Central Asia, Europe and the United States. The research I carried out while working in international organizations has given me a very good understanding of what works and what does not work for countries and people, how to get out of multidimensional poverty (monetary as well as broader deprivation of wellbeing, education and health) and the economic dynamics of the world.

This multicultural exposure and the realization that there is a huge unfulfilled need to help people’s gave me the desire and the drive to conceptualize a powerful method that makes it possible to succeed in the professional, financial and relational areas. Success is not a fixed benchmark, it depends on the wishes, hopes and expectations of each person and my method helps people reach their own, personal objectives. I have thus developed a three-dimensional program AAA (Altitude, Attitude, Aptitude) that clarifies your vision and objectives, relies on your potential (abilities, capacities, qualities), and defines as well as support the implementation of appropriate strategies to lead you to future success and results.
